	- verify version matching works: qdepend =nano-2*

- env vars only get expanded once, so this fails:
	ACCEPT_LICENSE="foo"
	ACCEPT_LICENSE="${ACCEPT_LICENSE} bar"
  we end up getting just:
	ACCEPT_LICENSE=" bar"
