Drop the SRC_URI definitions since the eclass automates it.
Drop the git eclass variables since there is no live ebuild.
Drop the doc USE flag since it has no effect.
Drop the test flag since there are no tests.
Move the gperf dependency to BDEPEND so it is natively executable.
Rebuild on libxcb slot changes like every other xcb-util package.

Gentoo has a long strange tradition of using /usr/share/cursors/xorg-x11
for cursors. Love it or hate it, that's how it is. x11-libs/libXcursor has
respected this. However, until recently -- commit here [1] -- xcb-util-cursor
did not support this. Now, finally, it does. So, we copy over the same paths
as with libXcursor. This fixes numerous bugs.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
