Fix segmentation fault with non-module encodings directory on PYTHONPATH (bug #314883).
Fix building with Linux <2.6.9 headers (bug #317937).
Fix httplib.HTTPResponse.read() (bug #321545).
Fix vulnerabilities in audioop module (bug #325593).
Backport some fixes from 3.1 branch.
