Allow overriding of $GENTOO_PATCHNAME and $GENTOO_PATCHDIR for easier testing in overlays with other revision numbers. Use GENTOO_PATCHNAME="gentoo-${PV}${ORIG_PR:+-${ORIG_PR}}" in the ebuild.
