mail-filter/opendkim: new revision to drop the net-libs/ldns dependency.
This just... doesn't do anything. And the logic was backwards this whole time, so I'm extra sure that it doesn't do anything. Thanks to Gil Kloepfer for noticing it! Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/895944 Signed-off-by: Michael Orlitzky <mjo@gentoo.org>
