sys-cluster/ceph: 17.2.3 more gcc12 fixes (bug #866039), bug #865509
- Fix system-boost boost dependency (bug #865509)
- Remove some documentation from patches to reduce the size of the files
directory
- Drop old snappy dep since it's no longer in the tree
